Store Policies

Orders:

All orders are processed in the order that they are received.  Due to the nature of the products most items are made upon order to insure the best quality.  Because of this most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business day.  We ship via ups or usps.  All items will be shipped together unless an item needs to be back ordered.  If an item is on back order you will have an opportunity to cancel that item and be refunded the back item amount.  I will email you immediately and ask your preference.
 
Payments methods:

We currently accept paypal for payment of goods.  Pay pal is a secure way to transact business while leaving your personal information secure.  Paypal accepts all credit cards.

Returns:

Due to the nature of the products that we sell and for sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened items.

Damages:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your merchandise immediately.  Claims for damaged products must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your package.  Claims after 3 days will not be honored.  The responsibility of damaged goods fall upon the carrier.  So a claim will be made with the carrier for the damaged items.

Cancellations or Refused Orders:

If you need to cancel an order, contact us by phone or email us at as soon as possible.  Orders canceled after it has been processed will incur a 20% restocking fee.  If the order has shipped, you will be charged the postage to you and back to us plus an additional 20% restocking fee.  If we can stop the shipment before it reaches you; you will be charged the redirect fee that ups imposes plus the 20% restocking fee.  UPS usually attempts to deliver a package up to three times; If an order is sent back you will be refunded your money minus the shipping charge and 20% restocking fee.

You are responsible for providing the correct address.  Any orders returned due to incorrect address will be subject to the restocking fee and postage.  The amount credited back to you will reflect the above mentioned fees.
